Have a dream and live it!

Tomorrow we’ll be heading to Brisbane, big city which could be our final stop (!?). So, just a look back on us.
We had a dream...
We had a dream from our childhood and we had the same dream. Few years ago (2003), we then decided we could live it. There was a lot along the way before we could sail away: sale of a business, sale of a house, arrival of another crew member and the completion of a boat (which wasn’t part of the program at the beginning).
However, after 7 years we can say we lived our dream and we lived it fully. We discovered new places, met new people, great people, amazing friends, learnt about new cultures, enjoyed the wind, the sea and our trustful boat.
We admired beautiful sunsets and loved every green flash we had. There was always excitement on board when we encountered manta rays, dolphins or whales. We caught some fish (although maybe not enough now that the freezers are empty). We walked on white sand beaches and the kids built “cabanas” on deserted islands. We swam in pristine waters and discovered underwater paradises. We had few common fights and some downs, but no storms, no broken boat or diseases. So we can say that our life for the past 2 years was just like in our old dream, perfect. Memories are engraved in our heart and soul for ever.
Thank you family and friends, who helped us, supported us and believed we could do it. This dream is now very close to being behind us and new dreams will arise again.
So, go! Go and have dreams! Go and live them fully, you won’t have any regrets.
