Why fly when you can have a lift? A red footed booby didn't want to leave Merlin last night. Stackpack and davits were its favorite spots. It might be fun to have a staw away bird, much less to clean the mess the next day.

Caught 2 fish this morning: one wahoo and one mahi mahi. So guess what's for dinner tonight?

We saw a huge cruise liner of 800ft - crossing at 20knt! We feel so much more intimate on board Merlin, even if we are doing 7knt.

18deg 52S - 172deg 27. ETA at Port Resolution tomorrow around lunch time.
