We are back in Bequia again to drop off our guests and to relax a little. The kids are really happy as their friends on two "kids" boats, Alouette and Pickles were in the bay. So they have been spending time after school on the beach and watching a movie.
Yesterday it rained really hard. This made us think about a rain catcher again as our buchts fulled up quickly. The kids made the most of it by catching water to drink and Victor cleaned the side screens and the deck.
Last night we had a visitor at 2am. It was a J24 that pulled it's anchor out. It woke us up with a bit of start. I had to then get fenders out quickly to prevent it breaking our windows. We tied it up for the night with our mooring lines. When I dived it this morning the anchor had it's chain rapped around it, making it useless. This morning some locals came to claim the boat for the owner who is in Barbados. This once again confirmed our good feeling about the friendliness of the locals.
